Free shipping both ways
Inbound prepaid label included with every accepted offer. If our inspection finds something different and you decline our revised offer, we ship your device back at our cost — same insured shipping.
Fast payment
Payment within 1 business day of inspection. Most customers paid within 5 business days of dropping their package at the carrier. Choose PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or check.
Privacy

What we ask of you
Be honest about condition
The condition questions are intentionally simple. Answer them honestly. If we find issues, you'll see a revised offer — no penalty if you accept, free return if you decline.
Wipe your data first
Before shipping: sign out of all accounts, turn off Find My / Activation Lock, factory reset. Instructions for macOS and Windows. We'll wipe again on our end, but the primary responsibility is yours.
Don't send stolen or locked devices
We check serial numbers against lost/stolen databases. Locked or stolen devices can't be processed. If you're not sure whether your device is encumbered, contact us before shipping.
Ship within 21 days
Your price is locked for 21 days from the moment you get your quote — accept any time in that window. Past that, we re-price at current market. We'll send reminders before the window closes.
